Monkee was turned in with his brother after biting the owner's small dog. Normally we'd recommend no dogs, but the pair also lived with a German Shepherd and did fine, so we believe, with a slow introduction and patience, this girl may be able to co-house with dogs in the future! We also know Monkee would be fine in a multi-cat household since she currently co-houses with other feline shelter residents. As for her personality, she can be a bit shy at first, but she warms up with a little bit of a patience and love, gladly leaning into pets and becoming a wonderful friend. Because she does need a little bit of patience from new folks, and she doesn't seem the biggest fan of loud noises, we recommend no small kids at this time.
