Iggy
Found a forever home!Iggy is a 13-year-old neutered male Yorkshire Terrier with a small build and brown coloring. He’s fully house trained and has received all his vaccinations. Friendly with cats, Iggy is in Potomac, MD, seeking a calm and nurturing home for his senior years.
About Iggy
Meet Iggy—a tiny senior gentleman with a lot of heart and just as much energy. At 13 years and just under 20 lbs, he looks more than a little like Chewbacca, but all Yorkie sweetness shines through. Iggy is fully house trained, always greets new faces cheerfully, and manages to keep enthusiasm high without losing his easygoing nature. He enjoys being involved in daily life just as much as curling up nearby for quiet moments. Despite his age, he’s got the spirit and stamina for action when the mood strikes, but is always down for a nap surrounded by loved ones. Iggy does especially well with cats, and calmly coexists with them in his current home. With slow introductions, he's likely to adjust to other pets, too. He’s neutered, current on vaccinations, and his health is stable. What he’s looking for is a calm, kind home where he can spend his golden years loved and relaxed. If what you want is an affectionate sidekick who brings warmth and a spark to every day, Iggy fits the bill. As an added fun fact, Iggy is a Taurus—steady, loyal, and a little stubborn at times.
