Meet Penelope. In this short bio I will try to do her justice. Penelope is a sweet girl with a spicy personality. She's been moved around a little, through no fault of her own. She is ready for and deserves a loving forever home. She is a chug. Chihuahua/Pug mix. Has classic Chihuahua ears which alternate standing up and folded down. Classic soft beautiful fawn coat, with a classic pug curly tail. The chihuahua in her is responsible for her non-smushed face..a happy plus! She is a bit of a barker (not unusual with Chi's) but we are working on focusing that. She is sweet and cuddly when SHE controls the action. She LOVES to eat and is NOT picky at all. Very responsive to her name. Penelope likes to sleep in a doggie bed right next to foster moms bed. Early in the morning she will sneak up onto the BIG bed. Penelope gets along well with other dogs, big or small, as long as they understand she's in charge. No experience with cats or small children. This girl will make someone a wonderful best friend.
