Hi there... I'm Tasha. I'm a long-haired pastel calico, which is a fancy way of saying I look like I was painted with watercolors and a little bit of magic. But honestly? My beautiful looks isn't even the best part. The real charm is me. I'm a very loving girl, new people don't scare me much. I'm more the "come on in, let's see what you're about" type. My motto is "a stranger is just a friend you haven't met yet." I get along really well with small dogs (the big ones are still a mystery to me), and I've started settling in nicely with other cats too. It took me a few days to figure them out, but now we're on friendly terms... I think I'm basically the household gossip reporter at this point. I also get along fine with children as long as they're kind and gentle. Now, I should tell you something important: I'm not a big fan of being picked up. It's just not my thing. But don't worry, I'm not the distant type. I'll follow you from room to room like your fluffy little shadow, brushing against your legs, asking for scratches, and occasionally stopping to tell you all the latest "important" updates (you know, like who moved where and what the sunbeam situation looks like today). I don't like being alone much. I really, really prefer having my person around. So I'd be happiest in a home where someone is there a lot, especially maybe someone who enjoys quiet company, soft purring, and a very devoted feline companion. I think I'd be perfect for an older person or anyone who wants a gentle, affectionate friend by their side most of the day. If you're looking for a cat who will love you steadily, follow you loyally, and fill your home with soft companionship (and a little bit of sass), I might just be your girl.
