They asked a small town Humane Society to help him find another home. He's now safe in foster home and ready for adoption. He is a sweet, friendly kitty and will make a wonderful companion. We'll have new updates on him, as the Foster home gets more acquainted. Otis's adoption fee is $150 to help cover his medical costs in getting ready for adoption.
