Meet Max! This goofy, lovable Pit Bull Terrier is about 4 years old. Max came in with some tough skin issues and lost a lot of fur, but he’s bounced back with meds, a better diet, and some patient attention. He sticks out as friendly, playful, and genuinely silly—he loves tearing around in the yard and has a soft spot for cuddles and affection. Max is not fully house trained yet, but he's made solid progress. Leash manners and basic obedience could use more work, so someone with patience and willingness to train will be a good match. Max gets along with other dogs and does well in dog meet-and-greets, but homes with cats are not a fit. He’s best matched to households with older kids who can manage his energy.
