Yes Meet S’Mores – your future best friend and coworker! S’Mores is a happy-go-lucky puppy with a heart as sweet as her name. At just 8–9 months old, she’s the perfect mix of playful energy and cuddle-ready affection, and she’s ready to find a family to call her own. She is likely a medium to medium-high energy dog. This smart girl is already house-trained and will let you know when she needs to go out—such a superstar for her age! She’s also crate trained and settles in nicely, especially when her crate is covered to help her relax. S’Mores absolutely loves other dogs and has a friendly, easygoing play style. She’s currently part of a pack of big dogs and fits right in, happily sharing toys, space, and even food and water bowls. She has a more submissive personality, making her a great companion for other dogs, and she tends to read social cues well. While she hasn’t lived with small dogs in her foster home, her gentle nature suggests she’ll likely do well with proper introductions. She’s also living with cats and is very curious about them. She may try to follow or play (puppy enthusiasm!), but she’s done well with dog-savvy cats and can continue to succeed with a little guidance and consistency. True to her puppy roots, S’Mores is fascinated by the world around her—everything is exciting and worth investigating! She likes to chew and explore the world through her mouth. She’s eager to learn, highly treat-motivated, and picks things up quickly. She walks nicely on a leash (even kids can handle her!) and rides calmly in the car. S’Mores adores children and loves being part of the action. Like many young pups, she’s still working on keeping all four paws on the ground, but with a little training, she’ll polish up her manners in no time. She also makes an excellent “office coworker.” If you work from home (or just need a chill companion during the day), S’Mores is happy to lounge nearby and snooze while you work—especially if she’s rewarded with a cozy, plush dog bed. S’Mores is a semi-vocal pup and may “chat” with you from time to time (especially if it’s about food!)—whether it’s to share her excitement, ask for attention, or join in on the conversation. It just adds to her charm and expressive personality! Her favorite things? Comfy dog beds (the fluffier, the better!), tasty treats, playful dog friends, car rides, and—most of all—snuggling with her people. S’Mores would thrive in a home with another dog companion, but with patience and training, she could also adjust to being your one-and-only. This puppy will need someone who is committed to training.
