Franklin is a 70 pound bundle of sweetness. He is very mild mannered, and has a great temperament. He's housetrained and loves sunbathing when weather permits. He loves walking around the neighborhood greeting anyone willing to give him a quick or extended pat. He loves car rides. His longest has been a 5 hour trip. He tolerates bath, although loves the toweling off part. He's not a huge barker, unless he's being territorial ( unfamiliar noises or unknown visits approaching the house). He loves other dogs, but unfortunately does not like cats. He's not much of a "playing with toys type of dog". He does like being chased. His calm demeanor makes him a great companion dog.
