Jolly was found dumped alongside who we believe is her mother, Holly, the day before Thanksgiving. Like Holly, it’s clear Jolly likely spent much of her life having litter after litter before ending up abandoned. Despite her past, Jolly is an incredibly sweet girl who absolutely craves affection. She loves asking for pets by gently giving her paw, and once she trusts you, she’ll happily roll onto her back for belly rubs 🥹 Jolly does okay with other dogs and mostly ignores cats. She can be a little timid at first and appears to have likely experienced abuse in her past, as she tends to flinch with sudden movements. Even so, she continues to choose love and wants nothing more than to feel safe and cared for. Jolly deserves a patient, understanding home that will show her that not all humans will hurt her — and that the rest of her life can finally be filled with comfort, kindness, and love.
