About Bw
BW is a friendly, people-loving Pit Bull Terrier who greets everyone—adults and kids alike—with a wagging tail and a big smile. Raised in a foster home after being found wandering, BW has been with his current caretakers for several months and has quickly charmed them with his loyalty and affectionate nature. He fits right in around the house, loves being close during meal prep, and shines as a snuggler. House and crate training are solid, and BW knows several basic commands. He's also a fast learner, picking up new routines and responding well to structure, especially when toys are involved—he can guard his favorites, but clear boundaries and a bit of planning solve this quickly. BW gets along with other dogs given a gradual introduction (he’s now best buddies with his foster sibling, Rascal) and truly loves outdoor time, usually soaking up sunshine whenever he can. At about four years old, he’s playful but doesn’t require endless exercise—just a daily walk or short jog keeps him happy. Expect a little bowling-ball energy around your shins, but also a devoted companion who brings plenty of fun and warmth to a home. There’s a slight overbite that adds to his charm in photos, but it doesn’t slow him down one bit. His foster family has enjoyed every minute but hopes to give him a great forever home so they can help rescue more dogs. If you’re looking for a loyal, house-trained, kid-friendly companion who adapts easily, BW is ready to meet you. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
