About Cait
Cait is a sweet, snuggly soul in Buffalo, MN, who really loves her people and thrives on companionship. She has all the classic pitty mannerisms—loyal, affectionate, and always up for couch cuddles. Cait is crate trained and does just fine when left alone in her kennel; she waits patiently for her humans to return. When out of the crate, she generally is well-behaved but, like a lot of young dogs, will find entertainment in a stray cardboard box or tennis ball, which she delights in tearing apart. Stuffed toys are a favorite too, but they don’t last long in Cait’s company—she just can’t resist getting to that squeaker. Her foster parents keep an eye out and remind her to play gently, but Cait is a good listener and always eager to learn. She’s working on her manners and basic commands and has already nailed “sit.” While she’s still learning “down,” “stay,” and “off,” her people-pleasing side shines through. Cait enjoys playing with her canine foster siblings and is learning to moderate her strength during play. She could be equally happy as an only dog, soaking up one-on-one attention. She lives with cats, too. She’s curious, sometimes a little too interested, but overall coexists respectfully with reminders from her foster parents. Cait walks nicely on leash—slow, steady, and always at her human’s side, happy to soak in the world at her own pace. Her foster family can’t say enough about how quickly Cait settles in and adapts. She’s a gentle, kind-eyed girl waiting for a home to call her own and a permanent spot on the couch next to her favorite people. By the way—born March 9, Cait is a Pisces, so don’t be surprised by her big feelings and soft side. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
