Rubie's adoption fee is fully covered, thanks to a generous donor. Rubie is a medium-sized, 42-lb. female with roots in Alabama and eyes you can lose yourself in. She’s got plenty of get-up-and-go: she loves running, jumping, and a good play session, with enough energy to go the distance. Treats will get her attention—she knows a few commands and is picking up leash walking and stairs in foster care. Rubie’s affectionate tendencies run deep; she’ll doze in her foster dad’s lap and is a fan of giving kisses. She sleeps quietly in her crate and hasn’t had accidents in the house, so she’s proving herself to be house trained and adaptable. All around, Rubie is well-rounded and brings a nice balance of playfulness and affection. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
