About Dug
Dug is a resilient sweetheart who’s been quietly blossoming since arriving. He came underweight and uncertain, but regular meals and gentle attention have brought out his healthy side and a calm confidence that grows daily. Dug relishes human company—he will join you for a walk or stick close, soaks up affection, and looks at you with searching, sincere eyes. He is social and open-hearted, eager to be included in whatever is happening. The past hasn’t always been easy for him, but Dug leans into kindness. His history with other animals is a question mark, so any introductions in a new home should move at a slow, easy pace.
