Koi has gotten along immediately with every dog she has met, from Great Danes to older dogs, and would do great with or without a canine sibling. She is curious and friendly with cats and does well with dog-savvy cats who will set their own boundaries. She is sweet with kids and would do best with older, dog-savvy kids who can give her a little structure around initial interactions. Koi is a brilliant girl and learns quickly with redirection. She is fully crate trained and house trained, though she loves her water so consistent potty breaks will help her stay in routine. She is working on her leash manners and would benefit from a focused, patient handler who can help her find her stride on walks.
