This handsome boy is Bellamy! Bellamy was left with a neighbor and the owner never returned to get him before moving out. When we first got him, he was extremely matted and had to be shaven down to get rid of the knots and mats. Bellamy is a very sweet-natured kid who loves his people. He will be an awesome companion to the right person/family. He is not in a foster home with small children, but he did really well with kids he met at the adoption outreach. He is good with other dogs & cats (he ignores them). Bellamy has his moments when he gets excited about playing and has a burst of energy. He is an active little man! Then he can melt in your arms for a cuddle session. He would love a home where he can go on walks or engage in playful activity at home. Requires a very secure fenced backyard. Bellamy is approximately 80% house-trained with occasional accidents (he was neutered a week ago, and that should help in his house-training.) Bellamy is crate-trained and walks okay with a harness (highly recommend). He is neutered, current on vaccines, on heartworm preventative, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $250.
