About Frogger
Frogger is a one-year-old Rottweiler in Charlotte, NC, on the lookout for his next big adventure—either through adoption or foster. Crate trained and always eager for approval, he’s a goofy, affectionate guy who doesn’t quite get the concept of personal space. Underneath his playful antics and heart of gold, Frogger is smart, very sweet, and surprisingly resilient. There’s some necessary fine print here: Frogger needs a Rottie or mastiff-experienced adopter. He is friendly with other dogs—especially females—but he’s particular about his belongings, so mealtime and toys need boundaries and supervision. Frogger is not yet house trained and is better suited for homes with kids age 15 or older, mostly thanks to his opportunistic snack-stealing ways. Frogger is not for first-time Rottweiler owners. He needs someone patient, committed to his ongoing training, who can help him grow into the incredible dog he’s meant to be. Step up and adopt Frogger—otherwise, those snacks aren’t safe.
