Chip is a 12 year old neutered male terrier mix, weight in at 16lbs. He can still see but he has visual impairment. He is a sweet and mellow older gentleman who is looking for a quiet home where he can live out his golden years. He is generally fine with other dogs, and has been with other dogs in his foster home.
