Sheeva
AvailableSheeva is a small, brown terrier mix in Point Richmond, CA. She’s a 3-year-old adult female, spayed and vaccinated. She’s house trained and does not have special needs. Sheeva’s gentle personality and house skills stand out, and she’s looking for the right match in a calm environment.
About Sheeva
Meet Sheeva! This gentle terrier mix came to rescue as a stray from Kern County, and her past is unknown, but she’s making her needs clear. Sheeva is house trained, walks nicely on leash, and is picking up how to play with toys. She does best with a little time to come out of her shell, and once she does, her quirks and playful side emerge. Her foster family has noticed she’s a bit fearful around other dogs on walks—something they’re working on—so she’d do well with a savvy handler. Sheeva is not a fit for a home with cats, as she’s quite nervous around them. When meeting new people or settling into a new environment, Sheeva needs some patience and space, but with kindness, she warms up. She doesn’t bark, has solid house manners, and settles in quietly when left alone. Because she can be shy and takes time to adjust, a calm home without young kids is best for her. Once Sheeva trusts you, she’s loyal and content to be near, ready to blossom with the right person. Born February 2nd, Sheeva is an Aquarius—a sign known to value independence and loyalty.
