Humphrey in FL Male 16 Pounds 7 Years Is house trained, leash trained, and crate trained Would prefer a single dog home and a fenced yard Humphrey is a happy go-lucky chap. He is very friendly with the people he meets, though sometimes he can be a little shy around new men until he gets to know them. We have not seen him around children, so we are unsure how he would react with them; however, we believe he would prefer a home with adults and could be an ideal companion for a senior. Humphrey’s happy attitude goes with him on his walks which he thoroughly enjoys along with time in a fenced backyard. He likes other dogs, but we do not know about cats. He is crate trained, and it is open and available to him in his foster home if he feels he needs it. So far, his foster mom has not seen him use it. Humphrey was raised as an only dog until he came into foster care. He has adjusted to sharing his toys with the other dogs and is learning that the other dogs can sleep in his nighttime bed during the day although he is still a bit skeptical about this. Humphrey would likely prefer a home where he is the only dog again. He likes to be the center of your world, sitting with you and happily letting you groom him and love him. In exchange, he will give you lots of love, and a lot of joy as you watch this happy go-lucky chap enjoy each and every day!
