About Zena
Zena is a 3.5-month-old mixed-breed puppy who’s already tipping the scales at 20.5 pounds. She’s got a glossy black medium-length coat and a curious, gentle face. Zena plays beautifully with her sister and other dogs, but she’ll happily set off on her own little adventures, quietly following her nose when something interesting catches her eye. She can be a touch shy at first but warms up fast—especially if belly rubs are on offer. She’s the type eager for attention but not pushy about it. Typical puppy energy: playful, wiggly, and busy, but not bouncing off the walls. Crate trained and well on her way to mastering potty training, Zena’s a fast learner. She’s good with dogs and children—her foster says she’s comfortable with all ages, happy to curl up for cuddles or romp in the yard. She was surrendered due to her previous owner’s health, not any fault of her own. Zena is currently in Texas but will travel to New Jersey for the right home.
