He is extremely affectionate and forms strong bonds with his people, often showing his devotion through constant companionship. He loves being close to his person—especially sleeping right on the bed—and will wait by the door when his human leaves. Bruce also enjoys short belly rubs and thrives on attention and connection with someone he trusts. Bruce is playful and energetic, especially with small toys he can carry around like little stuffed animals, which he sometimes brings as “gifts.” He plays hard and will do best with a confident “wrestling buddy” cat who can keep up with his rough-and-rowdy play style. He has not lived with dogs before, and his response to them is unknown. Bruce would do best in a home where his person is home often so he can get the companionship he craves. He is good with other cats and would especially thrive with a playful feline companion. Bruce needs a home where he can form a strong attachment to his person and receive consistent affection and structure.
