Why choose me? Harley isn't shy about meeting new people. He was ready to play and happily walked with me to the interaction pen. After chasing and running with toys, it was time to head to the shade where Harley showed how well he can sit for treats. When I sat on a bench, he positioned himself next to me so he could enjoy some pets. The person that found Harley said he was docile with other dogs.
