Hypocerebellarism occurs when a pregnant mother contracts an upper respiratory virus. The cerebellum of the brain which controls balance and movement cannot develop properly. i cannot control my jerks, twitches or walk a straight line. I act like normal cats except for balance. I need to be kept inside because I will never improve. I will fall down stairs or even two steps. I need a low sided litterbox so I can climb in it.
