Olean NY Cecilia is still waiting for her forever home 💔 Her current foster mom will be graduating in just a few weeks, and we would really love to find Cecilia a stable, loving home before another transition. She’s already been so patient—moving around isn’t ideal for any cat, and she deserves consistency and comfort. At just 10 months old, Cecilia is incredibly sweet, affectionate, and full of love.
