Scorch follows the saying "good things come to those who wait" as a life motto, he can seem a bit shy to strangers but once you take the time to visit with him he warms up pretty quickly, and even quicker if treats are involved! Scorch knows what he wants whether it's treats, attention, distance, playtime, naptime, or whether or not he wants held, he will let you know all while stealing your heart! He would do great in a home with people who respect his boundaries as well as another friendly cat to play with and show him the ropes!
