Franklin's owner passed and he is a little scared in the shelter, he is confused where his person went. Despite the huge change to him he is the goofiest little thing. Franklin weighs about 8 lbs soaking wet, loves to play keep-away with his friends and were unsure if he thinks hes a big dog or a cat. Franklin is good with dogs, and cats and would be gentle with children.
