Looks and personality, this little one has it all. She gets along great with her doxie foster sisters and even allows them to share a doggie bed with her. Her potty and leash training are works in progress. She is making progress but isn’t there yet. She, as with many former breeder dogs, didn’t have the opportunity to learn these essentials as a puppy, so it takes a bit longer for them to be trained. Our little Stella is just looking for a home where she will be loved and given the patience, understanding, and structure needed to learn. Stella would love to be your best friend and companion. Because she was a breeding dog, she was not well socialized and will need patience when meeting new people. Once she warms up to you, she’s a sweetheart! While she may be 6 years old, she has a lot of spunk and would be best with another younger adult small dog to learn to play with. The one thing that you must understand is that she doesn’t know what it’s like to be a pet, so you will need patience when adopting her.
