Hi, I'm Bernard! I may be an older gentleman, but I've still got plenty of puppy spirit and a great mix of energetic and chill. My favorite thing is running around the yard with other dogs, and I'd love a playful sibling and a fenced backyard to zoom and sunbathe.<br/><br/>I can be a little shy at first but I'm also excited and curious. Give me a treat and some ear scratches and I'll happily follow you around. I LOVE food, Kongs, and lick mats, and I even &quot;hide&quot; my toys like a sneaky pro.<br/><br/>I get along with everyone, including cats, and I love meeting people and pets on walks. I'm great on a leash, enjoy car rides, and love being near my humans. I'm super friendly, happy-go-lucky, and do a cute howl when dinner is ready.<br/><br/>I'm partially housebroken and learning with pee pads, so I'll need a patient family. I don't like being crated, alone, or using stairs, and I do best with another dog friend.<br/><br/>At the end of the day, I'm happiest curled up in my bed.
