About Honeybun
Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now! Meet Honeybun, a truly delightful girl who's ready to sprinkle joy and love into your life! At approximately 10 years old and weighing about 36 lbs, this sweet soul knows how to charm everyone she meets. Rescued by the wonderful folks at Mostly Mutts, Honeybun has embraced her new life and is eager to share her love with a family that cherishes her. Honeybun may have a large tumor on her right hind quarter that will undergo surgery soon (don’t worry, she's got an excellent medical team!), but that doesn’t stop her from being a bundle of warmth and affection. She's already had a dental cleaning and is feeling fresh and fabulous! During her time with temporary foster homes, Honeybun has truly blossomed—soaking up love and gaining confidence. She enjoys spending time with other dogs at the shelter, so she could be a great companion for another calm dog. Her compatibility with cats and young children is unknown, so the best fit may be a home without toddlers, just to be safe. With her gentle and loving personality, Honeybun is a true cuddle bug who thrives on companionship. Her perfect energy level means she enjoys both walks and snuggle time without overdoing it. Honeybun’s foster family called her 'just a lovely dog,' and it’s easy to see why. Currently enrolled in Mostly Mutts University, Honeybun is learning new skills and commands and doing well with her crate manners—she’s had just a few accidents on the shelter schedule. This charming lady loves sharing moments with her people, whether it’s snuggling on the couch or taking pleasant strolls through the neighborhood. If she feels she’s not getting enough attention, she'll let you know, because Honeybun knows she deserves the best! She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and feeling refreshed after her dental. Honeybun’s local adoption is requested due to her upcoming surgery. If you're ready for a loving companion who will bring a smile to your face every day, Honeybun is waiting for you at Mostly Mutts! They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
