About Oh Captain My Captain
Oh Captain My Captain is the kind of old soul you hope to meetāgentle, easygoing, and full of quiet dignity. He was found abandoned on the roadside, left with only a blanket, some bowls, and a harness dragging his leash, but somehow heās still open-hearted and trusting. His black fur was in rough shape when rescued, and heād lost weight, but heās blossomed in foster care. Captain lives with a household full of dogs and even a mini pig. Heās peaceful and respectful with other dogs, never picking fights or seeking much attention from them, but he can coexist just fine. If he ended up as the only pet, he would be perfectly content too. Walks are his favorite outing, and while he pulls a bit at first from excitement, he settles down quickly. Indoors, thereās no trouble from himāheās totally non-destructive, reliably house trained, and can be left alone for hours without worry. Feeding time is a highlight of his day, and he waits patiently for treats. This senior guy would thrive in a calm, quiet environment. At about 7 and a half years old, Captain moves a little slower, favoring his back end when getting up after napsājoint supplements would go a long way for him. Senior dogs like Captain deserve a real chance to be cherished for all their golden years. If youāre looking for a low-maintenance, kind-hearted companion, heās ready. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
