Alpo Fka Turbo has had a few names in his young life and seems to take it all in stride. Almost a year old, this husky/shepherd mix weighs in at nearly 60 pounds and still carries a lot of that energetic puppy spirit. He can't live with cats since he sees them as chase-worthy, but he’s done really well around children and enjoys hanging with a 4-year-old human friend. Crate trained at night and while his foster dad is out, Alpo gets along well with the older dogs in his foster home and especially likes dog park visits and playdates with other big dogs. He’s still working on his leash manners and brushing up on the basics, but his foster says he’s a good boy and eager to please. Hiking, brewery outings, and long runs all sound like things he’d enjoy with an active adopter.
