Anyone is welcome to visit and adopt Ocean, regardless of where you live. Adoptions are handled on a first come, first served basis starting at 8:00 AM on the date she is available, and no holds can be placed. Adopters are responsible for their own transportation arrangements. For rescues interested in pulling, opportunities also start on a first come, first served basis at 10:00 AM on the animal's available date.
