About Warden
Warden is a big-hearted pit bull mix with a goofy streak and loads of personality. After plenty of time with his foster family, he’s more than ready to find his forever home. He’s fully house and crate trained—rattle the treat bag and he’s hustling right into his crate. When his foster people are away or busy, he settles in without fuss. Not a cat or small animal kind of guy—he finds the chase far too irresistible, so a home without small pets is a must. Warden isn’t much for cuddling, but he makes up for it with whole-body wiggles and a love for being around his people. He’s happiest outside, whether stretching out in the yard or following anyone in the kitchen hoping for a snack. Food motivates him, and it’s helped a lot with training and keeping his mind busy. Meet him in person and his big, handsome presence is undeniable. He’s a strong dog with a large play style and does best where there’s enough space to romp, relax, and just be himself. Warden can be around other large, tolerant dogs, but he’s best as an only dog. He needs an adopter who can keep up with his size and strength and is willing to keep up his training. If your household has kids, they should be 10 or older. If Warden sounds like your kind of companion, he’d love to meet you. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
