About Corky

Corky started his new life after being rescued from a tough situation in Gadsden County, FL. He’s about 2–3 years old and weighs in at 31 lbs, putting him at a handy medium size for most homes. Corky is up to date on all his shots, neutered, microchipped, and heartworm negative, so you won’t have to worry about vet trips for quite a while. He connects well with people, loves attention, and handles leash walks with confidence. Humans are definitely his thing—he shows real affection and enjoys time with his people. However, small dogs aren’t in Corky’s comfort zone, and he’s still figuring out how to behave around them. If you’re interested in adopting Corky, a home with a fenced yard is required, and there will be a home visit (within an hour drive) or a video review if you’re farther away. Born October 20th, he’s a proud Libra—ready to bring some balance (and charm) into your home. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
