Meet Nutmeg, a lovely brown patch tabby girl who was found as a stray with a couple of kittens.on the SE side of Grand Rapids. All of them were trapped and Nutmeg was found to be friendly. With her kittens adopted out, it's now sweet Nutmeg's turn. Nutmeg is tender hearted and a very nice kitty. She is shy and her multiple moves from being abandoned on the streets to a temporary foster and now to Second Chance has left her a bit out of sorts. She is preferring small spaces right now but once she begins to adjust and learns to trust she will be wonderful cat companion. It will take some time so if you are patient and want to give a shy girl a chance, then Nutmeg is a good choice. She accepts slow, gentle pets if you are willing to meet her where she is at. Nutmeg would do best in a quieter, routine home, preferably a single person or a couple who has time to spend with her and work on increasing her confidence. Like the warm, comforting nutmeg the spice, our Nutmeg is not only in need of warmth and comfort but will also eventually give this back in return. Nutmeg has been spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. Nutmeg has an approximate birthdate of 12/09/2023. Her adoption fee is $95.
