Your new best friend is just one click away. Meet Oso! Oso and his brother Riyo, along with their mom Cici, faced a difficult start when they were left behind by their previous owner. Having spent most of their lives outdoors with minimal human interaction, Oso arrived a bit timid and overwhelmed, yet curious and eager to learn about the world around him. At about two years old, Oso is a wonderful, affectionate, and playful boy. He quickly charms those around him with his gentle, funny personality and his love for other dogs. He’s doing great learning to walk on a leash and is already house-trained! Oso hasn’t had much experience with young children or cats, so a home with older kids and without cats is best for now. He would thrive with another playful dog companion and will require a fenced yard for his safety and happiness. Oso is still picking up new things and will benefit from continued training. He sometimes jumps up on people out of excitement and occasionally gives affectionate “love nibbles” when he’s happy. These are gentle and well-meant, but he’ll need guidance to learn they aren’t always welcome. With a patient and loving adopter, Oso will blossom into a loyal companion. Oso is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
