Meet Roscoe!! He came in as a stray on 4/23/26. Roscoe is very scared to be here but he is doing his best to be brave. Roscoe is super sweet once he feels comfortable with you. It takes some time but it is well worth it. He knows how to sit and he wants to be loved. He gives kisses to say thank you. We think he is about 2 years old.
