About Caitlin

Caitlin is 8 weeks old today (5/1/2026) and weighs 7.10 lbs. Here's what her foster mom has to say about this sweet girl: “Caitlin is a tiny bundle of happiness! She loves playing with my dogs, especially games of tug and chase, she's often the one doing the chasing. If a toy gets taken during playtime, she has no problem going right back to reclaim it, even from the bigger dogs, completely fearless. She also has a softer side and enjoys cuddling up on the couch or curling up in my lap while I work. When it's time to rest, she settles nicely in her kennel and is perfectly content for nap time. Caitlin is sleeping through the night in her kennel with no accidents. She's still working on potty training during the day, but with frequent breaks, she's making great progress.” Caitlin is an American Staffordshire Terrier/Bulldog mix (our best guess based on her parents) and is ready for pre-adoption. If you're interested in adding this beautiful girl to your family, please submit an application at www.rescuerowinc.org. *No apartments please *Please check your junk email folder if you do not receive a response from a Rescue Row member within 48 hours. *You must live within an hour of the DFW Metroplex because we do trial adoptions and require a homecheck *Our adoption fees are as follows (paid by cash or a check made out to Rescue Row): Dogs 12 weeks-6 months old: $300 adoption fee Dogs 7 months and older: $275 adoption fee Rescue Row is a 501(c)3 (non-profit) all volunteer dog rescue organization serving the DFW Metroplex. We are dedicated to rescuing dogs in shelters, dogs in abusive or neglectful situations, and dogs surrendered by their owners because of difficult circumstances. We place dogs in loving, responsible, committed permanent homes, following a comprehensive adoption process, which includes taking considerable care in finding good matches and educating prospective adopters about the responsibilities and costs of bringing a dog into their homes and lives. Dogs in our care are spayed or neutered, microchipped, receive all appropriate veterinary care and treatment, and placed in nurturing foster homes while they await placement in their permanent homes. We assist dogs in distress without regard to age, breed or ease of placement. Dogs in the greatest need take priority. Finally, we strive to work with shelters and other rescue and humane organizations to develop a network of supporters and volunteers in order to create a better world for homeless dogs.
