Where are my gentle giant lovers at? ⁣ ⁣ Oso certainly fits the bill!⁣ ⁣ This boy top the scales at 120+ pounds & has a heart as big to match. ⁣ ⁣ Oso & came from dire straights. A property with over 200 dogs...a real dog dumping ground. 😢⁣ ⁣ This great big love arrived at Prairie Song sick, fearful & heartbroken. ⁣ ⁣ But for the past month we've been doing our dardnest to bring him around & my goodness has it paid off. ⁣ ⁣ Once so scared you could hardly get near him, he is starting to bloom with life! ⁣ He has learned house manners, walk well on leash, are learning to love car rides & know exactly where the snacks come from. ⁣ ⁣ He has gained weight, his eyes are healthy again & he is coming out of his shell. ⁣ ⁣ Oso is a HUGE lover! ⁣ ⁣ Oso & his brother have lived their entire lives outside in a cramped space. ⁣ ⁣ This means he is still learning the way of the world with a loving family. ⁣ ⁣ We've done a great job with the basics, but he will need a patient and loving family to teach him everything he needs to know to fully integrate into life with humans. ⁣ ⁣ So far he has had no problem learning about soft beds by the fire, pottying where it's appropriate & all the snuggles. ⁣ ⁣ He is around 2 years old, fully vetted & micro-chipped. He will test fencing while getting to know their surroundings. He is food & attention motivated.
