About Vada
Vada is a five-year-old, 50 lb spayed female pittie mix with a gorgeous grey and white coat and an outgoing personality to match. She brings energy, playfulness, and genuine affection to every room—always ready for fun, walks, or just lounging by her people. Vada is living with a foster family in Austin, TX, but she’s adoptable anywhere: approved adopters can arrange transport, which is included. She thrives in a family environment and gets along with kids of all ages, but supervision and continued training are important since she can get excited and jump up for greetings. Around other dogs, Vada is a social butterfly—she reads the room, respects boundaries, and loves high-energy play sessions, whether it’s with puppies or big adults. During leash walks, she’s polite and easy, making daily outings stress-free. House-trained and crate savvy, Vada sleeps comfortably through the night and keeps her space clean. She’s good around food and toys, showing no resource guarding. Her energy is moderate—she’ll soak up activity but also knows when to settle. Vada suits an active home where she’ll get exercise and attention, but she doesn’t need another dog to be happy. She’s a “Velcro dog”—devoted, people-oriented, playful, a bit silly, and always up for a game or a snuggle. Vada is excited to meet new people and makes fast friends, though ongoing work on polite greetings helps channel that enthusiasm. If you want a loyal, energetic, affectionate dog who will keep you laughing and fit right in with a family, Vada is your girl. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
