About Arlo
Meet Arlo! This three-year-old Lab/Hound/Cur mix is looking for a new family after changes at home have left him without the attention he thrives on. Arlo weighs around 60 pounds and brings a good-natured, energetic presence to any space. He's currently living with a smaller dog and gets along well—if you have a playful and rough-and-tumble dog at home, Arlo would love it. Fetch and wrestling are among his favorite activities, but at heart, he's a true cuddler who wants to curl up with his people after a busy day. Arlo is house trained, crate trained, and knows his basic commands. He’s highly food motivated, so training him further or reinforcing good habits is straightforward if you have treats on hand. He enjoys sturdy chew toys and needs an environment where someone is around for companionship. When left alone for long stretches, he does best with access to his crate, which has become his safe and comfortable space. If you're seeking a loving, athletic, and playful companion with a lot of heart, Arlo is ready to meet you. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
