About Argus

Argus is a massive, 125-pound Great Pyrenees who somehow still believes he’s meant to be a lap dog. He doubles as a fortress against any threats—imagined or real—and brings with him a thick cloud of fur wherever he goes. If you know the breed, you already expect his quirks: fiercely loyal, stubbornly independent, but deeply affectionate once he trusts you. Argus thrives outdoors in any weather, whether he’s trekking through woods or lounging beside his favorite person. He isn’t immediately open with strangers, so new folks should expect to earn his trust over time. This dog is no lightweight: he’s big, very powerful, and not for beginners. Anyone interested needs to have experience with strong, giant breeds like the Great Pyrenees. He does best as the only dog and isn’t a fit for households with children. Ready to fall in love?
