About Apollo
Start your journey together! Apply now. Meet Apollo, a pug mix whose path to safety began with some bumps but quickly turned into a heartwarming story. At just one year old, Apollo’s introduction to shelter life was far from ideal—those initial vaccinations were not to his liking, and he wasn’t afraid to let everyone know it! This honest reaction earned him a "rescue only" label, making his need for a loving home all the more urgent. Once Apollo found his place at his rescue, his transformation was remarkable. The anxious newcomer soon became the gentle "Uncle Apollo," happily allowing playful pug puppies and energetic terrier pups to climb over and snuggle with him. Watching him shine in this nurturing role is sure to melt anyone’s heart. Apollo can be a bit reserved with new people, sometimes announcing his presence with a bark or two. He’s just sharing his journey and, with a little patience, his true loyal and affectionate nature shines through. He’s looking for a family who understands that solid bonds take a bit of time, but the resulting love is well worth it. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
