He's the kind who simply stays close-steady, comforting, and quietly devoted. The kind of companion who makes a house feel like home. Right now, Walter is still waiting for his next step. In order to leave animal control and come into rescue, he needs a committed foster or foster-to-adopt home lined up. What he needs: A safe place to land once his stray hold ends.
