Art landed at MCHS after being found abandoned on a rural farm outside Austin, MN in the spring of 2022. He’s a young adult, probably right around a year or two old, and still trying to figure things out. While the person who found him said Art loved seeking out pets and weaving between her legs, he’s played it much more reserved here at the shelter—no weaves yet. Art is on the shy side, but he does just fine with the other cats in his room. He’s tested negative for leukemia and FIV, has been neutered, and his shots are up to date. The team is looking for someone willing to give Art a calm, patient indoor-only home, ideally with someone who doesn’t mind letting him come out of his shell at his own pace.
