About Freddy
They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply? Freddy is a Dutch Shepherd mix with a big, loving heart, weighing in at around 60 lbs and around 2 1/2 years old. This gentle giant is as well-behaved as he is smart, and you’ll find that he adores cuddling, giving kisses, and playing fetch with his favorite toys. Freddy is a goofball at heart, always ready to make you smile, and quickly wins the affection of everyone he meets. He’s not a barker and has great house manners—he won’t destroy your belongings and is house trained for a smooth transition into your home. Whether spending time outdoors exploring or snuggling up on the couch, Freddy brings a perfect balance of adventure and calm to his family. He’s especially wonderful with children and does great with other dogs, big and small, thanks to his gentle, friendly, and non-reactive nature. Freddy knows basic commands like ‘sit’ and ‘stay’, walks nicely on a leash, and is eager to make his forever home as happy as he’ll be to join it. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
