About Jacko'lantern
Jacko'lantern had a tough start—found injured, he needed a rear leg amputated, but he’s adapted with a stubborn resilience. These days he’s entirely inside, a little shy at first, but it doesn’t take long before he’s seeking attention and stretching his front legs for “uppies!” when someone bends down to pick him up. He still zips around the house at impressive speed for a three-legged cat, relying on his front claws to clamber onto anything over knee-height. He’s genuinely sweet, eager to escort you to the kitchen when he senses mealtime, and he’ll purr so loud it’s hard not to smile. Jacko’lantern does have some bathroom quirks; after his injuries, he sometimes has trouble holding his pee, especially when excited. He uses a pee pad in one corner and the litterbox otherwise, with the occasional dribble. He’s also on a prescription urinary diet, which he enjoys. Jacko’lantern gets along well with other cats, especially those who can handle his boldness, and he’s comfortable with children. He would thrive solo if he’s getting enough attention but would also enjoy a feline companion. Anyone who meets him quickly catches on to why he’s so loved. He’s neutered, vaccinated, and has tested negative for FIV and FeLV. Ready to meet the cat that will follow you to the kitchen and melt in your arms? Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin!
