About Peanut
Peanut is a playful tabby with a quirky side that shines when he's chasing wand toys, fake mice, or anything with feathers. At night, expect spirited zoomies, especially when he's paired up with his partner Peewee—they're a whirlwind duo and sound like little thunderbolts darting across the floor. By day, Peanut enjoys birdwatching from the window and is surprisingly engaged by "YouTube for Cats." He’s not quite a lap cat yet, but he absolutely melts for belly rubs and gentle hands. While Peanut is gentle and a bit shy at first, give him patience, a playful environment, and the company of another cat. He thrives with feline friendship—his confidence really comes out around cats, and if adopted solo, another social, easygoing cat in the home is a must. Peewee is his current best friend, but Peanut would do well with any friendly companion. He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and FIV/Felv negative. Peanut has feline lower urinary tract disease (FLUTD), which is managed with a special urinary diet (such as CD or UR food). Adopters will receive a goodie package valued at around $100 from partner pet stores after the adoption is complete. Peanut is in Stoughton, WI, in a foster home. What are you waiting for?
