Risk Risk is an 8-month old male domestic short hair black cat. He's sleek, shiny and very handsome. Risk was living in a junkyard and seeking abandoned cars for shelter. It was a very rough life. One of our awesome rescuers heard about him and came to his rescue. Thank goodness. She also fostered him and describes him for us: "Risk's life didn't start out easy - in fact, he came incredibly close to not making it. But, he got a second chance and he's spent every single day proving just how worth it he is! Noe, he's pure joy in a little black cat suit! He's happy-go-lucky and always ready to turn everything into a game! Balls, spring toys, shadows - if it moves, he's interested. If it doesn't move, he'll invent a game anyway! He has the CUTEST chirp sound - all the time. He truly believes everyone is his friend. He loves kids, gets along great with cats and is even comfortable with dogs. He just wants to be a part of whatever is happening. If you're looking for a sweet and social, playful companion who brings sunshine into every room, he is your boy!!" While in foster care Risk, he made fast friends with another cat, who is also now at the shelter. His name is Omelette. They don't have to be adopted together, but ... it sure would be nice if they could. If not adopted with Omeletee, Risk will have to be adopted into a home where another young, friendly cat resides.
