About Maggie
They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now! Meet Maggie! She is a lovely 1.5-year-old labradoodle with a beautiful brown, medium-length coat. Maggie weighs around 50 pounds and is already crate, leash, and house trained. She’s good with both dogs and cats, and she would really thrive in a home with another dog companion. Maggie is also great with kids and adults alike. Initially, she may appear shy or submissive, but she quickly warms up and reveals her affectionate, friendly, and playful nature. Maggie was released by her previous owner due to changes in their circumstances—they had an accidental litter and ended up keeping two puppies, but realized they couldn’t provide the attention the dogs deserved. Now, Maggie is spayed, microchipped, and fully up-to-date on vaccinations and preventatives, ready for her new family. Please note that an in-person meet and greet is required at the foster's home, and while out-of-state adopters are welcome, transport is not provided. Approved adopters need to be ready to move forward, as we cannot place holds on our dogs. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
